“We asked Tim to provide a beef and lamb asado for our daughter’s wedding for some 170 guests. From Tim’s arrival at 7 in the morning, as arranged, it was evident that he knew precisely what he was doing.
The lamb was sublime, and the beef cooked to varying degrees so that all tastes were catered for. It was an outstanding asado, as proved by the many Argentine experts who came to Tim during the cooking, and more importantly, after they had eaten, in order to congratulate him. We highly recommend Tim – his operation is thoroughly professional and his cooking is superb.”
